More than 1500 members of the global design community descended upon Seattle for Interaction Week 19: Design in the Wild.
Sponsored by Amazon Design and hosted at the company’s headquarters, Interaction Week 19 provided a unique and unprecedented opportunity for the design community to connect, engage and be inspired by a week of programming dedicated to interaction design with the Emerald City as its backdrop.
Alternating between major cities throughout the world, Interaction Week is a series of design events presented each year by the Interaction Design Association (IxDA). With more than 100,000 members worldwide, IxDA is one of the largest, most diverse design communities with international reach.

The annual conference is regarded as a highlight among the industry circuit and this year, like those that preceded, delivered a myriad of design-related content. Following an array of workshops, networking opportunities, an Interaction Design Educational Summit, and an expo floor full of activities, giveaways, making, book signings and round table talks, the week culminated with the Interaction Design Awards Ceremony.
